Privacy Policy — Love Manifest

What the app collects

• Device or installation identifier — To tell one installation from another, for product analytics, purchase restoration and, if you allow it, advertising measurement.
• Usage data — To understand which screens and manifestations are used, without ever recording what is shown on screen.
• Diagnostics — To detect crashes and slowdowns, from reports stripped of personal content before they are sent.
• Purchase history — To unlock and restore your subscription, which is held by the purchase provider and Apple.
• User identifier — To connect product analytics to your subscription, under the anonymous identifier of the purchase provider.

Who receives it

These service providers process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above: Apple (Sign in with Apple, notifications); Expo (app updates); Google (Google Sign-In); Meta (advertising measurement); PostHog (product analytics and crash reports); RevenueCat (subscription management). We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising measurement

Advertising measurement helps us understand which of our ads bring people to the app. In the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, it only starts after your explicit consent; elsewhere, you can opt out from the app’s consent screen, and it stops. Unless you allow tracking in the iOS prompt, no advertising identifier is shared: only aggregated measurements are.

Consent

Product analytics only start after your consent. Advertising measurement follows the rule above. Saying no leaves the app fully usable.

Age rating

The app is rated 12+. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Payments

Subscriptions and all digital content are purchased through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

Background listening

Listening continues with the screen locked; no data is collected for it.

Your choices and rights

You can refuse analytics and advertising measurement on the app’s consent screen, and turn off tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. “Reset the application” in the app’s account settings erases what the app keeps on your device. To access or delete the data held by our providers, or to exercise the rights your state grants you (including California), write to love-manifest@support.quotefactory.app; we answer within 45 days.
